Therefore, the challenge we face is in creating awareness of the importance of IP, and corporate and commercial law matters relating to IP. We attempt to address this through continual training that we provide to our clients.
IP is a scarce and specialised field which requires extensive on-the-job training. We address this shortage of skills through our recruitment of juniors, whom we mentor to the level where they can contribute to the Firm’s success and their personal career development.
